Yes, or maybe hook the power button to xset s off before doing
what it's supposed to do? And xset s on again when it's doing power up?
I'm not sure if this is possible though... Sometimes I'm still
having trouble mapping buttons. I didn't use bbkeys, but I was trying to
use the keys file in icewm. Anyway, it's an issue of icewm I reckon.
