cf card mount

I made a big mistake. I listened to an idiot sales guy when purchasing my
ipaq. In my hurry to move from the yopy(because of gmate's inability to
support its developers), I did no research on the ipaq other than to
determin that I wanted one of the h3600 series. I told the sales guy I
wanted one with a 32 meg rom. He said sure and handed me the H3635. Which
the one he handed me was 16 meg rom 32 meg ram. When i determined this I
found out this was all they had. So now I'm stuck with it. When I load the
task-familiar-complete
It takes up 86% of the rom. Even after removing a few things, I still don't
have enough space for very many apps. When I was working with the yopy most
of my apps were based on mysql. I have not been able to successfully able
to load mysql without running out of space.

So now to the point. With my error behind me I'm looking for a better was
to go. my first thought was a microdrive, but after spending the money on
the ipaq(and being out $700 on the yopy), I don't have the money for the
microdrive.

Before the linux pda thing I had purchased a Casio and a 64 meg cf card.
But, I'm having problems mounting this card.
This is what I get

# mount -t ext2 /dev/hda /mnt/hda
hda: 126464 sectors (65 MB) w/1KiB Cache, CHS=247/16/32
Partition check:
 /dev/ide/host0/bus0/target0/lun0: unknown partition table
 /dev/ide/host0/bus0/target0/lun0: unknown partition table
 /dev/ide/host0/bus0/target0/lun0: unknown partition table
EXT2-fs warning: mounting unchecked fs, running e2fsck is recommended
# e2fsck /dev/hda
e2fsck: not found
#

so I tried

# mount -t vfat /dev/hda /mnt/hda
 /dev/ide/host0/bus0/target0/lun0: unknown partition table
 /dev/ide/host0/bus0/target0/lun0: unknown partition table
fatfs: bogus cluster size
VFS: Can't find a valid MSDOS filesystem on dev 03:00.
mount: wr /dev/ide/host0/bus0/target0/lun0:ong fs type, bad opti unknown
partiti
on table
on, bad superblock on /dev/hda,
or too many mounted file systems
#

I also tried to fdisk, but fdisk is also not found

what do I need to do to get the card mounted.
