bleeding feed

Hi. I'm putting together a bleeding feed. If you've got ANY ipkgs,
send me the URL to them. I'll mirror them and produce a Packages
file. Here's what I've got so far:

Right at this moment, it runs into the ipkg bug where upgrade gets
confused if you have more than one version of the same program. But
cworth's gonna fix that. I suppose that there's no real need to
collect these together into a single feed, given that ipkg.conf can be
configured with multiple feeds. But it's a lot easier just to point
your feed at "bleeding", and run with it.
