I had that problem at first, as well. You need a dillorc file, in
your ~/.dillo/ directory, with the startup height & width in it. I
seem to recall that the latest version of the dillo ipkg comes with an
/etc/dillorc that's set up appropriately.

I've attached mine, just in case.
