/etc/protocols needs to contain an entry for icmp6, which is protocol number
58. The standard netbase package calls it ipv6-icmp, but the standard ping6
looks up icmp6. The mipv6-bits ipkg in
ftp://lorien.handhelds.org/pub/linux/feeds/demo updates /etc/protocols,
among other things, but we should get this change back into the netbase
package. (Or update ping6 to look for ipv6-icmp -- who standardizes these
names?)
