Did someone change something ?

About a month ago I installed .4 familiar and made all the agenda
apps work on the ipaq. I sent my machine back to have extra ram and
flash stuffed in it and got it back today.

I am now unable to get pcmcia working out of the box, nothing get's
insmod'd... I can do this manually and then "see" my lan card etc.

I downloaded the root and kernel images only today, but the resulting
install on this iPaq does not look the same, stuff just doesn't
work... like uname causes an Illegal instruction, pcmcia not
working...

Did someone changed the images on the web ?
