The source for the linux kernel for Familiar v0.4 is tagged familiar-v0_4.
I put a tarball in
ftp://ftp.handhelds.org/pub/linux/kernel/linux-familiar-v0.4.tgz
The config file is in linux/kernel/arch/arm/def-configs/h3600-familiar
(for a reason that made sense at the time, we put the kernel into cvs as
linux/kernel instead of linux)
