You get linux-2.4.3.tar.bz2 from ftp.<countrycode>.kernel.org, e.g.
ftp.it.kernel.org.

Then you get the newest ARM patch (rmk<x>) from

Finally, you get the newest Intel StrongARM SA11xx patch from
