vi or other editor

Hi,

I installed Familiar in my iPaq and try to get familiar with it. When I
need to change configuration files, I tried "vi" editor. I'm not good
at "vi" at all, but I can manage to do simple editing in my linux box.
However, the "vi" in Familiar distribution doesn't like to accept
backspace in normal way and the behavior to response to CR is somewaht
different from my linux box. I wonder if I am missing something so the
"vi" works differently in iPaq.

Since I am not very good at "vi" anyway, is there a alternative editor
avaiable on iPaq?
