No telnet in Familiar 0.4 AFAIK.
You may try sshd instead. You need to configure ssh host key with
the command like the followings:
ssh-keygen -d -C 'root_at_familiar' -N '' -f /etc/ssh/ssh_host_dsa_key
ssh-keygen -C 'root_at_familiar' -N '' -f /etc/ssh/ssh_host_key
(I'm not 100% clear on those command examples, please refer
`man ssh-keygen' or some other instructions)
