updated libxft and xserver.

I've put libxft_1.1-2_arm.ipk and xserver-tiny-h3600_4.1-11.arm.ipk
into familiar/incoming. This updates it to version 1.1 of libXft.

The X server has more efficient rotation code.

This also updates xft, and the Xft config file toward better behavior
of AA font based applications.

Still to do:

Update librender to fix bugs that Keith recently uncovered, on general
principles.

Update rxvt-aa to start using the monospace font properly. When this
is done, terminals will look much better.
