First thing: as far as I know, theres no point gzexe-ing things on jffs2 or
cramfs.
As for the error - are you sure it isn't complaining about not being able to
find the command called 'tempfile'? To put another way - gzexe uses the
tempfile command during decompression, and that command is not there on
Familiar. ISTR pulling it out of one of the hh.org releases last time I
wanted it.
