Ken had the Plan A recovery just right, but it didn't work. We walked two
people through this on IRC yesterday, and Plan A worked once and once we had
to go to Plan B.
Plan B: when eflash fails, but flash contents is FFFFFFFF (erased)
set noerase 1
load bootldr
then xmodem transfer the bootldr
