I think Russel was intending to get another "attribute" into the
packages file, with an entry "Documentation:" pointing to an URL where
more documentation to a given package can be found.
BTW: if you add an foo-doc package, this should also contain a the man
files in /usr/share/man/man?/foo.?.gz
(perhapes with out .gz, depending on the quality of the JFF2
compression)
