It's true that we don't currently provide much documentation for
Familiar, but I would like to change that.
I think the right way to do this is that every package foo should also
have a corresponding foo-doc package. Also the package foo should have
a "Suggests:" dependency to foo-doc. And all documentation should live
in /usr/share/doc/foo.
So, Russell, whether or not you make a separate pygps-doc package, if
you would like to make a pointer to a URL for documentation, then
/usr/share/doc/pygps/README would probably be the right kind of place
for it.
