task-bootstrap.jffs2 for both H3600/H3100

The current task-bootstrap.jffs2 will not work with the H3100 because
the erasesize of the H3100 is 0x20000 instead of 0x40000.

We could create task-bootstrap-h3600.jffs and
task-bootstrap-h3100.jffs2, but that seems like a pain and a source of
installation errors.

David Woodhouse told me that a jffs2 image formatted with erasesize of
0x20000 will work with both, although with some complaints from the
kernel.
