Devin,
It appears that you asked to install a package, (libncurses6), which
does not exist. Currently, this confuses "ipkg upgrade". This is a
known bug, (PR# 16 in familiar gnats).
As a workaround you can manually erase the paragraph associated with
libncurses6 from /usr/lib/ipkg/status.
In the future, "ipkg upgrade" won't be confused by this situation and
"ipkg remove libncurses6" will clean it up nicely.
