ipkg problems

Hello,

I am having problems with ipkg.

ipkg upgrade gives me...

Package slang1 (1.4.4-1) is up to date
Package netbase (4.05) is up to date
Upgrading libncurses6 from to
ipkg_get_install: ERROR: Cannot find package libncurses6 in
//usr/lib/ipkg/available.
ipkg_get_install: Check the spelling and maybe run `ipkg update'.

At one time I had to do a symbolic link for lib.ncurses.so5 ->
lib.ncurses.so4 but I have removed it.

I have done ipkg update a number of times.

Any hints?
