Hi,

I got it working after one problem ...

My CF memory card didn't work first time because i was missing the executable /sbin/ide_info. I got the following messages:
----- plug in card -----
bitsy_pcmcia_configure_socket: socket=0 vcc=50 vpp=50 reset=0
bitsy_pcmcia_configure_socket: socket=0 vcc=50 vpp=50 reset=1
bitsy_pcmcia_configure_socket: socket=0 vcc=50 vpp=50 reset=0
cardmgr[59]: initializing socket 0
cardmgr[59]: socket 0: ATA/IDE Fixed Disk
cardmgr[59]: executing: 'modprobe ide-cs'
bitsy_pcmcia_configure_socket: socket=0 vcc=50 vpp=0 reset=0
bitsy_pcmcia_configure_socket: socket=0 vcc=50 vpp=0 reset=0

cardmgr[59]: executing: './ide start hda'
cardmgr[59]: + ./ide: /sbin/ide_info: not found
cardmgr[59]: + usage: ./ide [action] [device name]
cardmgr[59]: + actions: start check stop suspend resume
cardmgr[59]: start cmd exited with status 1

However, it worked when I added /sbin/ide_info, and got the following last few lines on plugin:
cardmgr[59]: executing: './ide start hda'
hda: bad special flag: 0x03

(I don't know what this warning was about)
I could then do:
mount -t ramfs /dev/hda /mnt/hda

Incidentally, this is using familiar 0.4 with only the boostrap.jffs image loaded

David.
