We're always open to defaults changes. Especially for anything visual. If
there's something you'd like to see different, send a patch.

The ssh ipkg comes default w/ both the bootstrap and complete images. The
only issue is, you need to perform an ipkg operation in order to trigger
the flushing of pending packages. We can add a flush operation to ipkg,
and make note of that in the guide as one of the first steps.
