Preferences config window with:

1. allow default setting for alarm for new events. I'd like it if all new
events had the alarm enabled with a time of 10 minutes.
2. option to makke sunday the start day of week.

A preference window to configure these would be great.

sidenoote: is this where a bug should be filed?
