Thanks Erik, glad to know this is on TODO. Not sure if it really
should be separate instances, as that raises issue how to move items
among them, but somehow setup it the way so it was easy to both submit
tickets to right category, and then filter them - that's really what
it needs. The current breakdown is *too* much detailed, and that
causes usability issues.
