There is an fdisk ipk available from the 0.7.2 feed.
http://familiar.handhelds.org/releases/v0.7.2/base/armv4l/fdisk_2.11g-5_arm.ipk

my neighbor's wireless seems to be down right now, so I can't verify
that it handles the '-l' flag
