And as far as caring. I care about the release. I have been tracking the
bugs I have any hope at actually fixing.

I am reluctant to step up as release manager because my expertise does
not lie in distribution releasing and distribution generating. On top of
that a release manager ought to have close to administrator access to
bugzilla.
