Familiar 0.9: target kernel

Hi,

as I mentioned last Sunday on the OE mailing list,
currently building the pxa -h39 kernel fails
because of -3.3.3 aus compiler suffix and (worse)
after fixing that bitbake doesn't interpret
h3900.conf as it used to, so that certain
kernel modules are not added to the image.

Who can help to get the required fixes into
OE (for -h39) and either bitbake or OE (for
the second problem - not sure which part
needs the fixing)?

On the OE mailing list I got no replies; perhaps
I am more lucky here, as it affects the Familiar
0.9 more than the general OE audience...
