------- Comment #2 from erik_at_hovland.org 2007-06-04 14:11 -------
Are you actually typing:
bitbake inttool
I just tried the same (and of course) it finished w/out exposing the same bug:
ehovland_at_mage:familiar/stable-build-h3900$bitbake intltool

I have the package 'perl-XML-Parser' installed on my build host.
Is it possible for you to either use CPAN to install XMK::Parser or install the
right package for your distro and try again?
I know that bitbake is supposed to know how to resolve any dependency. But it
doesn't always get it right and since we are not sure if we are going to
continue to use this build technique we may not get the bb recipe together to
solve this particularly issue since this perl module is readily available for
most distros.
I will continue to work on this bug until we can get some sort of
resolution/workaround for you.
