[PATCH] lirc 0.7.1 fixes

Hi there,

The attached patch fixes a typo in the lirc initscript, disables stdout
buffering in irrecord to allow frontends to interact with it, and ups the PR
to r6.

I also wonder if we should really be installing all those config files
in /usr/share/lirc/remotes, because most of them will be worthless for
handheld usage and just end up wasting space. Any thoughts?
