Reassigning to reporter. This isn't ready to go in.

* The patchset is in an unneccessarily inconvenient format. Please use
  git-format-patch.
* The patchset leaves the tree in an inconsistent state. There is no kernel
  to match the userspace changes.
* On a related note, I'm not convinced upgrading the known-working h2200 and
hx4700 kernels to a new micro version before Familiar 0.9 is a good plan
as we'd have to go through lengthy release candidate procedures *again*.
On the kernel side the buttonmap changes aren't very intrusive, perhaps they
can go into the 2.6.15-DEV branch.
* The changes to libopie2_cvs appear somewhat bogus. We have CVSDATE pinned
to a certain date, so the PV bump doesn't match that and the patch isn't
going to apply (assuming it was done against HEAD).
* I'd prefer the xserver-common patch to be applied against the release
version we use. Otherwise it would have to be reviewed for any other
  changes.
