one small problem at the moment in testing this all over again --
i absolutely can't detach /dev/loop0 from my (alleged) jffs2 image
file.

  # losetup /dev/loop0
  /dev/loop0: [030c]:6143 (/tmp/mtd.jffs2.le) offset 0, no encryption
  # losetup -d /dev/loop0
ioctl: LOOP_CLR_FD: Device or resource busy

argh. there is no active mount associated with this loopback device,
and i can't "rmmod blkmtd" either.

how can i detach/remove this stuff? yes, i can always reboot, but
that's such a windows thing to do.
