Regarding Bluetooth Installation on iPAQ H3600

Hi,
I have Linux familiar v0.5.3 on my iPAQ H3600. I am trying to
configure Compaq Bluetooth Sleeve to it. But the problem is
that i dont have /dev/tts/0 or /dev/ttySB0 ot /dev/ttS0 on my
ipAQ system. I tried creating file using mknod ttySB0 , but
that doesnt work.
Any suggestions on how i should proceed.
