Help! Uage Familiar's ipkg.

Hello.
I have a Compaq iPaq 3850.
Now, installed Familiar v6.1(opie+bootstrap) and have wireless lan card.

In 'Configuring the iPAQ for Access to the Internet' section of Familiar v.6 Installation paper

This isn't running '~#ipkg update' command.
