Which development toolchain and libs for ipaq H3900

Hello,

I am trying to port my software from familiar for H3600 to H3900.
What/Where is the toolchain for compiling for H3900. I've tried
 ftp://ftp.handhelds.org/pub/linux/arm/toolchain/monmotha/arm-chain.tar.gz

However, every linking a simple HelloWorld.c gives link errors like:

" .. arm-linux/bin/ld: symbol fnmatch, version GLIBC_2.2.3 not defined
in file libc.so.6 with link time reference"

I can't find anything on the Wiki that helps.
