About universal remote controlles using iPAQ

Hello!

Are there any site where I can find some information about TV controller
using iPAQ?
I have found a one called TV remote controlles 5.2 for windows CE. But I am
developping using familiar linux version. Please give any information which
I can use iPAQ as an universal remote controller.
