h5450 bootloader

Im tring to restore my save bootloader, on my h5450.
and bootblaster is saying that it is not a valid image.

the main problem i am having now is that the ipaq turns on and off on its own after restoring the saved wince image.
wince is running fine. I was hoping that using the orginal boot loaded would solve this issue.
it stays on for few mins then off for a few then on and so forth. it does this when pluged in s well

any any help would be great, thanks for your time.
