I want to apologize. First of all my response below may have seemed a
little harsh and I could have been a little less sarcastic. Secondly,
it has just been pointed out to me that the current bootloader
installation instructions don't make any reference to setting up the
terminal emulator. That's an interesting ommission since it's been in
the installation docs for months or even years. I hope that will be
addressed and fixed very soon. Anyway, I hope I didn't turn you off to
the community, everyone isn't as coarse as I can be sometimes.
