Memory maps for Pocket PC on iPAQs and Bootloader.

Hi,
        I tried to find the memory maps for Pocket PC on ipaq 3630 but I can't seem
to find it anyway. The memory map shows where exactly is the parrot
bootloader, windows ce and other misc stuff are loaded in the DRAM. In
addition, it also gives a map of where the SA1110 registers, the Compact
flash, the flash rom, etc are in virtual and physical address space for that
particular model of iPAQ. The same goes for the bootblaster. I would like to
have a concise memory map of where the bootldr actually gets loaded.

        Does anyone knows where I can get these memory maps?
