Need to change language

Hi

I bought an iPAQ 3630 on March in Miami and vendor told me that I could
change the language. But there is much to it than just go to the setup
and change it as I have come to realize. I need to be able to MS Money
manager that runs on the English version and I am not a Spanish speaking
person.

I need the procedure to change to English. I have downloaded the English
update but unit will not put that image in Eprom since the image is not
in the same language. It gives Error 103

Please indicate how to change it.
