Here's the very rough patch of the testcmd interface.

To test it, testcmd ? or testcmd help
To execute a command, testcmd <command> [args...]

Not polished yet. Tags added for most functions in bootldr.c, but more
need to be written (like the lcd.c stuff..) I'll go over those in the
next few days and correct the entries I have there as well. In the
meantime, please go ahead and flame/criticize this code so that I can
fix it right away... =)
