Kevin,

Starting in 2.18.8, I added code to make dual booting work better. Unfortunately, it means that the first time you soft reset, it behaves like a hard reset. After that, it should behave like a soft reset as expected. This change in behavior is so that suspend/resume of the second OS will work as well as suspend/resume of the first OS (PocketPC).
