bootldr, wide usage?

Hi! everybody,

I know that I can install bootldr onto my iPAQ
via osloader.

But if I have an iPAQ without any data on it.
Neither WinCE nor other OS is installed on it.
How can I install bootldr on it?

Another question, can I install bootldr on
other PDAs? Such as sharp's Zaurus.
