BootBlaster won't save wince_image.gz

I'm trying to use BootBlaster 1.18 on my 3765. I've saved
BootBlaster_1.18.exe and bootldr-2.18.01.bin to \My Documents on my Ipaq
(before doing so I md5 summed them and they checked out OK).
  I used Flash -> Save Bootldr to save saved_bootldr.bin in \My Documents.
I copied that to my PC and removed it from the Ipaq. Next I tried Flash
-> Save Wince.gz Format. This shows the status bar and it proceeds all
the way across the screen. After a bit a dialog box appears that says,

 "Bad write #21244 to file \My Documents\wince_image.gz
  bytesWritten = 0"

Clicking (Ok) in the upper right corner shows another dialog that says,

 "Wince failed to save to \My Documents\wince_image.gz.
  Error on segment 235."

However, there is a \My Documents\wince_image.gz and it is 18514186 bytes
in length.

I've done this three times now and the numbers (#21244, 235, and the file
size) are different each time.

Am I doing something wrong?
