Hi,

I am trying to get a custom image displayed as the splash screen for
both the 3800 and 3600 series.
My image is displayed correctly for the 3600, but when I load it on the
3800 it is upsidedown.
I have tried modifying the splash() function in bootldr.c to reverse the

uncompressed image bytes which is then passed
to lcd_display_bitmap() in lcd.c. The image flashes in the correct
orientation, and then goes back to upsidedown.
Can you give me a hint on how to make this work?
