Hi,
I have tried to get some response from Compaq with no success. So I was
recommended to you.
I attempted to upgrade my 3630 to MS2002. As part of the install it asked me
to upgrade the Rom. In attempting to do this I had a frozen iPaq. I was
advised by a guy at Compaq in St Kilda road to do a soft reset holding the
Five way button on the front. This has put the iPaq in "Parrot" mode and it
will not respond to anything. I was then advised to do a hard reset and
still have the parrot image. I cannot communicate with the iPaq. So unless
you are a genius and have an answer, I guess I have a very pretty brick! any
suggestions?
