Subject: BootBlaster problem

Hi,

While attempting to restore a saved (ie backed up) bootldr using bootblaster 1.15, the application has hung at the "Protecting wince partitions" stage.

What do I do now!?

HW is ipaq 3630

Background is:-
Wanted to give linux on ipaq a try, so following instruction on handhelds.org, I downloaded BootBlaster 1.15 and bootldr-2.17.1.2

I used Bootblaster to save both the original bootldr and an image of wince.

Installed the new bootldr, verified it using bootblaster, and the reset. All works fine at this stage.

Now, due to the lack of a serial cable, I couldn't go any further at this point, so I decide to restore my save bootldr image.

And now it's stuck as described above.

Any suggestions.

Thanks in advance,

Matt Cunliffe
