BootLdr Problem

Hi,

I have flashed the new bootloader to my Ipaq H3850. I get it booted to the
bootloader startup screen.
I can even get the bootloader to boot the FlashROM contents.

But the problem is I can't get the console working from the bootloader.
Do you know how to solve that problem?
