Update of /cvs/bootldr

Log Message:
new structure for files:
        we now have 3 targets:
                bootldr - std
                ram-bootldr - a ram based fully functional bootldr linked at 0xc3400000
                wince-bootldr - a smaller less functional bootldr for use with osloader, linked at the traditional 0xc0022000
        also made jffs2_commands.c to help with segmentation
        made a new suffix .small_o for the wince-bootldr binary and converted most things to use the suffix rules.
