bootldr on monochrome iPAQ

Hi!

I have installed the

Compaq OHH BootLoader, Rev 2-14-15 [BIG_KERNEL] [MONO]

on my iPAQ 3150 but it refuses to accept commands on the serial port.
I does report on the serial port as follows:
