bootldr 2.9.5

Why does pocketlinux v1.0 still use bootldr 2.9.5? That version has
been deprecated by handhelds.org for months now. It has serious issues
wrt causing ipaq bricks, which Compaq has been repairing at no cost.

Please update the instructions to be consistent with the current
installation instructions on handhelds.org, which are as safe as we can
make them today.
