Hello Jamey.
I figured what the problem was. Apparently in the bootldr
somewhere we are reseting the flashes (i don't know exactly where) when
i reboot/reset, the bootldr is not reseting the second flash and hence
is not able to read any files from the second flash. I added code in the
main function of bootldr to reset the second flash explicitly, and now
it works. This solution is valid only for the kind of memory
architecture i have and should not affect the ipaq's.
Thx,
Mayank
