First steps on ipaq3950

Hello,

i am doing my first tries to get Linux on my ipaq 3950, but i failed
very soon at the execution of Booblaster_1.18.exe (downloaded from
ftp://ftp.handhelds.org/pub/linux/compaq/ipaq/v0.30/, checked with
md5sum on Linux and transfered via Async). Okay, i've read the
3900-statuspage and the hint of 'nothing for end user,...' but it seems
to me, that the BootBlaster and the bootldr-2.18.01 should work on 3900,
right ?
If I try to execute BootBlaster i get a 'fatal exception error'.
More info of the errormessage: Exception: 0xdfff0123; address: 00012184
(if this does say anything).
So, do you know what I did wrong ??
